The painting takes on a life of its own at some point. I wish I could adequately convey how time stops and how the brush in my hand seems to disappear into the lights and darks as the forms take shape. It's almost as if this virtual world is more of a reality than the studio I'm standing in. I'm nearing the finish line now. There will probably be only one more installment. -CWC
